Two and a half hours!
I had a wonderful Christmas. I got to spend time with my mom's family, Grandmom (Dad's side), and Mike's family. Mike and I had our Towson friends over last night for dinner and it was so much fun!! We'll have to do it again!
Man, I hope Hoddie can make it out in January!

1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Move out on my own!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't know whether I kept my resolutions or not because I forgot what they were, haha! I am making more for this year and I'm going to write them down!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No one too close, but an old friend from high school! And Jeff's wife!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, just close to home. RIP, Spike.
5. What countries did you visit?
None! Wish I could've gone to Italy! I did go to Utah twice, though! :)
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
The will to exercise! I'd like to take less for granted, too.
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
August 12 -- I got my first teaching job!
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Graduating college, moving out, and securing a teaching job.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not having enough motivation when I needed it most.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
The flu, and a nasty burn on my hand -- nothing serious.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
The apartment!, even though I don't own it...
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Mine, and many of my friends for graduating college and getting wonderful jobs!
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I'd rather not get in to it.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Living expenses!
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Graduating, getting my job, moving out.

Being productive!

I went to my mom's Christmas morning, then Grandmom's, Ellen's to see my stepfather's family, and Rose's to see Mike's family.

No, I already had been, even if there were bumps along the way.

None!

HOUSE!
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't hate anyone.

I didn't read a lot this year, sadly.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I hadn't been in on the pop music scene until I started teaching middle school, so I'm glad I tapped into that and I can use it in my teaching!

My own place!

Nothing, really.
29. What was your favorite film of this year?
The Dark Knight!
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I spent time with my family and had a lovely dinner. I saw the TU Big Band perform, and it was fabulous as usual!
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
I should've appreciated my life more. Now that I do I am very happy.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
Cute and professional.
33. What kept you sane?
Mike, my family, and my friends. And sleep!

None!

The election. It's been a very exciting year!

My dad, of course. I miss my family when I don't see them for a few weeks.

Liz, the chorus teacher at my school.

I have a lot of control over my own happiness.
