Fitness goals

Okay. I really need to set some strict rules for myself if I'm ever going to get even moderately in shape for this wedding. I ordered these exercise DVDs... and I'm using them pretty regularly... and I'm eating more fruit and veggies lately... but I need more discipline. I can't bring myself to exercise... When I have lost weight in the past (15 lbs in six weeks, actually) I tracked all of my calories and my exercise on www.sparkpeople.com. It's free and it held me accountable for doing what I said I was going to do. I actually really like using their tracking software because I would log on first thing in the morning, put in my meals for the day, and then I'd know how much I would have left to eat snacks and such. Maybe it'll help you too! :)
