Hey girl! I saw your comment on my "friends only" page and thought it best to reply over here on your journal. Seems I have a stalker (highflyingf18) who is just totally insane! She refuses to delete me from her friend list despite my asking countless times and she writes nasty and completely false things in her journal about not only me, but others as well. Don't really want to be associated with someone like that, but since she won't remove me I had to ban her and make my LJ friends only. Very frustrating, but I certainly don't want to give her ammunition to feed the fire. She's seriously insane.
If you go under "Manage" and then "Customize, there's a place to make your journal "friends only". Then when you post, you have to click "friends" in the "SECURITY" box under the options. To ban someone in particular, just go to a previous post of theirs, click the X button and a box will pop up asking if you want to ban them, mark it as spam, or delete the post.
I'm sure there's probably an easier way to do all of this, but that's the way I figured it out.
