Alyse and Ben came to visit on Monday and we took a walk around Chinatown. Ben wanted to find something called lotus root leaf (?) to cook with and sadly we weren't able to find anyone who sold it. I started my internship at Pan-Asian Repertory. So far it's going great. I really love the people who work there: Steven, Fran, Shigeko, and Tisa. Tisa, my boss, is really flexible with my hours, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, at least for me.
