Tous les vents,
Balayent les maux de cœur
Moi, j'suis comme le vent :
L'esprit à mille à l'heure,
Je juge sans doute trop vite
C'est ok, tant pis
C'est juste là, je m'agite
Je grandis, l'amour aussi

I'm rather convinced that this place is going to give me an aneurysm from all of the stress. Especially if I'm to actually be in Medbay, working, instead of ( Read more... )

Thank you so much, Ensign de Moivre. Can I call you Emilie? I am extremely relieved to hear she is alright... I suppose I will pay her a visit as soon as I can.

Thank you so much, again, for everything. I hope you will be able to relieve some of your stress soon! If you need someone to talk to - or maybe a taste of some fine Orion liquor? - I am available at your beck and call. I could use some stress relief myself. Now that the ship is still and I am all alone in my bed, I find I worry more than is needed.

Call me Emilie, please. I'd prefer it if you called my by my name. May I call you Gaila, then?

And you are most welcome - it was my pleasure to help you. Also, that sounds lovely. Perhaps we can...get together for lunch, after you have recovered?

And this is rather true - being in my room has stressed me out. I'd like to be back in the Medbay working, but I'd rather rest than risk a meltdown, or something similar.

Of course you may! There is not much else to call me, anyway. [Laughs]

Lunch sounds splendid! I will let you know when I am available. Until then, you are more than welcome to stop by my room any time if you should desire company.

Yes, do not put yourself in situations you know you will not handle with a cool head unless you are absolutely certain; you are wise to spend this time resting, Emilie.

Wonderful! That sounds absolutely fabulous.

And I will take you up on that offer of Orion fine liquor, one day.

Also... I have a question, because I don't feel like lingering on the topic of work and stress and things that will wind up depressing the both of us...But anyway - what kind of music do you have on Orion?

I've already sent a word of thanks to Miss Chapel, but I'd also like to extend my thanks to you - and, of course, to the entire medical staff - on behalf of my crew, Miss de Moivre.

I thank you very much, sir. It's extremely appreciated. And I extend my personal thanks to you and the engineering crew for keeping the Enterprise running.

Well now, I'm going to tell you what I told Miss Chapel - without you medical types, there wouldn't be any of us engineering types to keep the ship running.
