everytime i read his stuff, it's like it's what everyone's thinking. he has a really good way of writing what's really going on instead of what everyone outside of new orleans wants to think. did that make sense? i don't think it did. oh well.

His columns ROCK! He was in Houma doing a book signing, but passed on going. I wish I had though, because it would definitely have been awesome to meet him. Do you have his book or know anything about it? I can imagine it's good, but I'm skeptical on buying books with the little free time I have these days.

yeah... i always read his column... it's so good! my mom just read his book and she's going to let me borrow it when i go home next week. if i remember, i'll let you know if it's good, although i'm sure it is.
