Getting you Illinois certification after you have your Iowa certificate is very easy. All you need to do is register and take the tests. If you look at the BOE website, you will find what you need. They're not cheap, but they are definitely easy!!

I don't know if you'd know anything about this, but do you think I could add an IL endorsement that I don't have in Iowa? I have about 32 hours of music courses from when I was a music major, but since UNI doesn't have a teaching minor in music I'm not certified in Iowa (and I don't have all the specific classes that IA requires). If I take the content test in music and they see my transcripts do you think I could get than endorsement too without having to take more classes?
