I can hardly move today. I decided in my wisdom to pick up my martial arts again after a 5 year break!! I'm stiff as an ironing board today, and whilst training thought I was going to have a coronary; It was quite funny afterwards... Hey Matty,

Course I read it. My username is TheLastCry - very original of me. ;-D
I am truly flattered by the posts, as I'm sure all the band are. However, we really don't have a problem where we play on the line-up. Me, personally, I'd prefer NOT headlining because coupled with the nice comments it leaves me with a lot to live up to. I think Ass Rockits and Teasing Lulu are great bands and either of them should headline.

Hi Dan,

Hmm, don't think so tbh. I think I did have one video of me grading many years ago, but that disappeared with my ex when we split up. (Along with my Jethro Tull albums!) Not really usual to take pics during a training session... when I get back up to speed I'll oblige you though. I'd like to do my instructor's certificate I think....

It's a bit optimistic of me thinking about that right now. I can barely walk. lol!

I did Ju-Jitsu for a while, not long enough to achieve belt standards though. Still, I reckon we could all team up and pretend to be the enemy ninja team sent to pick off the hero in an alley in downtown Hong Kong but get our asses kicked instead. Who can we ambush, though?

Nothing of good enough quality to pass around I'm afraid Mr Spiro. We have the old problem of time/money getting into the recording studio. The stuff we have was recorded in our rehearsal room so it's not polished to say the least...
