Go from this: 
 to

#1 - Crop your base
#2 - Duplicate the base and set it to Softlight 60%
#3 - Sharpen the second layer 3 times (or 2, or 1... it depends on your base)
#4 - New Adjustment Layer: Color Balance
        Midtones:  -52, -13, +8
        Shadows:  -33, -7, -11
        Highlights:  -3, 0, -4
#5 - New Layer: Fill with #f3e6c5 and set to Multiply 40%

You're done =)
