btw - mark vallone called me the other day! I mailed Epping Elementary a signed copy of _Ox-Cart Man_ so he called to thank me. We caught up on all the Epping news - Paco's graduating from West Point in a few weeks (Dick Cheney's his graduation speaker ..ewwwwwwww) and he's getting married not long after. Then, I think he's doing some sort of graduate program, maybe in China? He majored in Chinese. "Better than going to Iraq," Mark said. Oh, Paco.

Alfie says hi. He's a little elevated this morning, as he just saw a squirrel right outside the window.

Did I mention that the Barbra concert CD goes on sale May 8?

it's a good thing you didn't come to china buffet because meg and sarah ended up having to take me to the hospital and didn't leave until like 11pm when my dad showed up so you would've been late to work.

omg i love that ae skirt but i need one with belt loops so i can hook my radio onto it and tuck in my shirt! i talked to the girl i'm workign with this summer and i have EVERY wednesday off!!! so we're going to resurrect wednesday pizza nights and the 6th is at my house at 6pm so we can gossip and have mexican train! i invited sarah, meg, cassie and mari! so wednesdays all summer can be emily/jo days (and sarah's trying to get off work at 2pm on those days! <3 jo
