Yeah - thank you!! it is definitely interesting, but has been incredibly challenging and time consuming, as each member of the senior management team has a very different perspective on what the scope and objective of the project is. perhaps that's realistic in most companies, but it seems to me like they don't communicate at all, which is sad becuase it was one of the few retail companies at which i was considering pursuing a job and now i'm not so sure. although maybe that in and of itself is a good thing...
