I want to be done with this. I want my head to stop throbbing, my heart to stop beating, and my blood to stop flowing. I want to take the easy way out. I'm tired of doing things the hard way! I've been exactly where you are right now. You can get help. You can make the pain go away without hurting yourself. You have people who love you. and who would be very hurt if you were to hurt yourself. Here some info on people who can help.
