so today was a day. I woke up at 6:45 and my body was screaming something at me and i didnt understand. so i layed there and tried to go back to sleep but my mind was racing and it was pissing me off so i went down stairs into the garage and got something to drink. Then i went back to bed but it totally ruined my rem cycle. So then i had to get up
