Queer folk all over Canada have something to celebrate. Manitoba legalized same-sex marriage this past week. Manitoba is now the 4th province to do so, after the Yukon became the first territory to legalize same-sex marriage this summer. On top of that, a judge refused to nullify the same-sex marriages that the mayor of New Paltz, New York
