I've seen so many movies this fall, and in order to keep them straight in my own head, I wanted to do a year-end wrap up, except it doesn't really cover the whole year because my memory sucks. Heh. You remembered some that I forgot (or, you know, would have liked to forget, and yes, I'm looking at you, Flightplan, in all your lame-ass glory, and no, I refuse to like the squinty guy just because he was in a movie with Jake Gyllenhaal. OPEN YOUR EYES, SQUINTY GUY!). I think the only one that I saw that you didn't was Must Love Dogs which, bomb. And not in the good, "That was da bomb!" sense of the word. Not that I would ever use "bomb" that way, anyway, unless it was ironically paired with "diggity."

Exactly. And is it really appropriate to say "single-handedly" when talking about yourself, anyway? I mean, you have two hands. A fact for which I am glad, because if you didn't, I don't know if I could be friends with you. Did I ever tell you about that one-armed girl I vaguely knew in college?
