gosh 2 days in a row i am so proud of myself...lol...well today was absolutely draining...i had softball today..just like everyday...and we did a circuit which was...sprints a football field, 10 push-ups, 50 line jumps, throw a heavy ball as far as u could, 10 squats, 25 lunges, and 25 crunches...and we did that 4 times..with 1 min per station...
