so, it rained on the fourth of july. actually, it POURED. like lightning. and thunder, that rattled the door. but, you know, we want to see fireworks. so we drive towards downtown. yeah, I forgot to warn you that it was going to rain...it most always rains on july 4th. which park did y'all go to? one year (when it didn't rain) my family watched the atlanta symphony orchestra concert and fireworks in olympic park and it was a lot of fun. anyway, yay for your room being ready!!

ps. you should go to catalina next year!

we went to olympic park. i didnt see the symphony, but maybe they weren't out since, well, it was raining.

ps, catalina was really great?

yeah, it was fun. very chill, lots of free meals and stuff to do if you like the ocean and/or ocean related activities. and of course there was much drinking if that's your thing =P
