Laser eyes!

I went in for a preliminary exam for LASIK today. I'm a fine candidate for the procedure, which I will get done next week.

The interesting thing revealed by the exam, however, is that my vision has apparently improved dramatically in the few years since I last got an eye exam. This explains why I have hated to wear my glasses anytime I am doing

The same thing has happened to me over the past 4 or 5 years. Everytime I go in my eyesight is better than it was before! Maybe some day I'll be able to do without contacts all together! :)

And I know that your eyesight getting better sounds strange, but I believe you, and understand perfectly. My eyesight used to be terrible. I wore glasses constantly in grade school. Then, one summer day, I flew over the handlebar of my bike, hit my head on the ground, and NEVER needed glasses again. My eye doc could not explain how or why this happened, but he agreed that it DID. So good for you! Don;t you love it when shit like this happens unexpectedly?! w00t!!! ;)
