An alternate town, similar to Mayfield, save for the residents having long been dead, the town in ruins, and filled with mysterious creatures in protective full-body suits typically used when dealing with hazardous waste.
Many people were misplaced there for about a week, where they found various suspicious items; there were some radio broadcasts from the town that mentioned some very frightening things.
The fate of the other town is most certainly intertwined with Mayfield's. However, most have been quiet about the entire ordeal for weeks now.
I think it has a lot to do with fear of what could happen if information like that gets carelessly tossed around. Sharing information like that over the phone lines could be disastrous. I'd like to continue the investigation as well, but - [but between family issues, momma being droned, and sprained ankles, Luke's motivation hasn't been all that great.]
- anyway, I think the real issue is finding a way to get all these information in one spot without alerting the drones or Grady. I have some undeveloped photos that could be used as evidence, but I haven't talked to anyone who knows about photography.
The drones are a bother, but I don't think they are omniscient. A home with all drones replaced with real people should be suitable enough for a safe place to share the information.
Copies may be good, but the more copies would increase the chances of a drone or someone allied with them finding one.
The best course of action would be to try to share all the information, but keep it in ours minds rather than on paper. My own house is free of all drones and I know of a few others, assuming there haven't been any changes lately.

There is still question as to whether or not the powers-that-be wanted us to go into Westport, though.

Honestly I think some people got scared because of that.

And it's all the more reason to share the information.

I suppose we'd all need to make copies to send out to everyone in town?
