the feel of the wheel

Oct 12, 2010 20:25

I feel like I'm falling into the winter time weekly circle. Work at school. Afternoon private classes. Guitar. Swimming pool. Grandma. Get ready for the next day. Bake bread. Some TV or a film, if time allows.

This way time passes very quickly and I don't mind if Christmas or winter break is like tomorrow. The problem is, What's the point?

random, vicious circle

what can I say? it's quite the same for a lot of people.
don't you have friends you can go out or eat with time to time? it'd change your routine for your enjoyment.

Don't get me wrong. I do enjoy guitar, swimming pool etc. And I do have friends to go out with (though I prefer being alone or on the Internet ;D), but time passes by week by week, month by month and year by year. If one doesn't have a goal or purpose, then our life has no point. Day by day all the same. Pretty depressing. When I started working at school and thought that I'll stay here for the rest of my life, I panicked. It was like a sentence! So I came up with 2011 as my deadline to change something in my life again, i.e. I'm saving for the New Zealand trip.

But there's also this the most important trip of everyone's life at the end of it, that everyone's waiting for.

Oh I'm sure you do enjoy what you do. I was just asking, but if you're happy like this, well that's great for now. But I understand the "I don't want to do this all my life" thing. 2011 a deadling for changing something in your life? YAY challenging! Exciting! And what would you do? I mean I understand you want to go to NZ, but except the RWC, would you stay there and try to find a job or something? You are an english teacher, am I right? You could be a polish teacher over there (haha why not).
I'd like something to change in my life too, I need to do 1 year, at least a few months, abroad.

Yes, I'd like to find a job, but I think it's better if I started looking for it now, when I'm still in Poland. And it doesn't look good to me, I think XD. I have papers to teach English, I didn't graduate anything to teach Polish. Besides who would want to learn such unimportant language? (haha!:P) I'd be fine to do anything what they could offer. We'll see. I need to do some more research.

Yay! for your trip abroad! I hope it'll work out for you.
