I started work at the Valley River Inn this past week. Today was technically my fourth day of work, and I have learned that whenever they schedule me to get off work at a time, I will probably be at least an hour or two longer. I graduate OCCI on Thursday. I will have a two-year professional degree in Baking/Pastry and a recommendation from a Certified Master Baker and Certified Executive Pastry Chef.
