I've had a couple of situations like that, too. Amanda stole Lisa in 3rd grade, Mary turned into a chippie-twit in middleschool and dumped me because I'd rather be homeschooled than go to her school... I'm not even going into the entire Tricia scenario.
But yes, I am definitely thankful to be blessed with my steadfast friends! Now if we can just get everyone's schedules worked out to get together in one place at one time...
