You can tell because I typed my subject line without capitalization or punctuation, which was way more difficult for me to do than it should have been because by not pressing shift, I apparently couldn't also press the space bar, so I was running words together and over thinking it all, so it's just easier for me to type out loud in correct English

Oh my dearest Emdab (because you'll always stay that way in the name part of my brain for some strange reason). I'm sure this is the EFY counselor in me, but I also can't deny this prod to say it, but how is your scripture-and-praying both individually and as husband and wife? We had the most amazing session director this week, and he told us that when we're going through the harder times of our lives and things aren't feeling right, to turn to those refuges even more than in our normal times.

Hang in there. You will get through this. And you CAN handle these things. Have you told Ames how you are feeling? Are you worried of what he would say if you do tell him?
