Whenever I try to add a new song to a playlist on my Creative Zen, it wipes the whole playlist out bar the song I've just added. I'VE JUST LOST MY TWO FAVORITE PLAYLISTS. In fact, it won't let me build a play list AT ALL.

Anyone got any ideas?

You could try auto syncing on your computer, or just make a new "now playing" list which you then add to everytime you update your Zen, doesn't always work though.

This is one of the reasons why I gave up mine and went back to Ipod.
