Finally!!
So remember how sad I was yesterday about not getting my tattoo? Well, I found someone to do it TODAY for $150 less than I was going to be paying. It took literally 15 minutes, and Charlie was so nice and super funny. I got it done at Top Notch Tattoos, which is on U Street NW, in between 15th and 16th. I guess you'll be wanting a picture.
