averaging 50 hours a week for the past month or two

How the hell do other people do it? Maintain a household, I mean.  Especially when they have a spouse and kids at home?  I live with my college student sister and the place looks almost squalid.  Or untidy anyway, as we don't have filth smeared all over the place or anything.  Just lots of lint from the damn faux-oriental carpet and hair because we ( Read more... )

I think the holiday allocation American workers get is stupid, and far below what Europeans get.

Mmmm...ice cream birthday cake! Yummy! Your coworkers are so nice.
I have decided to get a 2nd job and save up from the money I earn from it to go and live in Canada. So, if you think about it, my hours will be about 50 hours per week.
Having all those hours show that you are a dedicated hard worker. Businesses need more people like you. <3

Aw, I feel really bad for not getting you anything for your birthday, even if it was just a small thing. I'm sorry. T_T Usually, food is enough for me. hehe. ^^; Oh, and Dad didn't forget your birthday. He had a gift; it was just too big to send, so you'll get it later. Mom and Rachel have your gifts from China.
