As lovely as it sounded, Em knew she couldn't just hide away in her room with David the entire time they were there. Joanna's cryptic message from the day before concerned her. Both for her adult grandchild and her grown up son.

Haven't been since I completed Survival during Academy, but that sounds like fun. Have you scouted somewhere good?

Haven't yet. Still looking through their directories. Oh and Paw Paw says that I shouldn't take you rock climbing because it's dangerous. Guess he doesn't remember that I don't listen to him well.
