kathrynt and I spent some time today at a huge fiber stash and equipment estate sale. To get an idea of the scope, the woman owned seven spinning wheels, I saw at least half a dozen "real" looms (some floor looms and table looms) and a similar number of frame looms (tapestry, triangle, etc.). Yeah. Also, we saw some evidence of past moths in the yarn studio (a littl building apart from the main house) which is why I put back the cone of wool I'd been holding onto before we found the casings and mostly stuck to equipment sorts of stuff.

This was a particularly fiber-oriented one. Her stash put Kathryn's and mine together to shame, and we even got there after a lot of the really good stuff had already gone. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it.
