Oh, hey, and that site (and links from it) has instructions on how to take 'em apart. I had a head I wanted to swap so that I could give the gods color-coordinated outfits, but use the face with an eyepatch for Wotan, but they don't easily pull out like they do on Lego mini-figs. Yay!
