sounds like you got some great stuff! i really love goat cheeses, freshly made or aged, they're all delicious!
cypress grove makes all their cheeses in humboldt county, in northern ca. midnight moon is one of their two more aged cheeses; iirc they are similar to gouda (particularly their Lamb Chopper) and thus maybe they make you think of Dutch cheeses?
Fiscalini cheddar is great, especially the aged stuff. it's almost crunchy!
and man, i do love me some Point Reyes. the creamiest blue i've ever had. eat with honey on stone wheat crackers - Y U M!
