Yesterday the power cord for my MacBook Pro broke. This is the second one in about a year. It was getting a bit loose and Wm pulled at it and that was once too often. So we hit the Apple store. This issue + iPhone pricing debacle = Apple NOT in touch with the day to day reality of its consumers.
