Somehow Wm got hold of a sharp pair of scissors and used them on Pip. There's a scratch and shallow cut on one leg, a small cut on one thumb, and opposing cuts (fairly deep) on the other thumb. At least, I *think* Wm cut Pip rather than Pip cutting himself, when I asked Wm he said he'd done it and I think Pip is smart enough to not cut himself

So, totally off topic, but you have one of Jonathan's charkas! Cool! Dr. Wife has one of his larger Journey Wheels, which is her favorite wheel for wool. But she also has an authentic Indian charka, which she prefers for spinning cotton.

I haven't seen Jonathan in about a decade. I wonder how he's doing.

I do! And I've lost track of how many of his spindles I've got. I tried the Journey Wheel when I was wheel shopping but for whatever reason I had difficulty with it (in retrospect I think it was set up for double drive, which I wasn't expecting and had never used), and ended up with a Majacraft Little Gem instead.

They're both apparently doing fine, living in Acton (where wrog's middle brother lives, yet I've never managed to visit them) and pretty busy!

Clark has managed to cut himself with kiddie scissors. I'm still not exactly clear on how the heck he did it. He didn't even realize it, either. Weird.
