Ok, they're reeeeally not explaining much in that article! And the one below it about possible plant shutdown jumps all over the place and doesn't back up many of its significant conclusions, and doesn't say why Kemano may not be operating soon...I'm guessing they mean that if the plant goes, Kemano won't be powering it, but it's not clear. Hrm hrm hrm. They should have an open dialogue because this a whole town people are talking about, yet I wonder what will happen because Alcan did make that town and it can unmake it too. Best of luck to the plant employees, I worry for them a little.
