Fast Freeze Icecream

My cousin's visiting and it's unseasonably hot. So as a "cool" treat, I took her to an icecream place in Camden called Chin Chin Laboratories.

They make their icecream on the spot with liquid nitrogen. The point (aside from the awesome-ness factor), is that the icecream freezes so quickly, ice particles can't form. The icecream comes out amazingly ( Read more... )
