Had First Day of Work, What is the Number to the Health Dept???

My job is so nasty that after being there for 15 minutes all I could think about was calling the Health Department. I have worked in 12 or 13 restruants in my life and none have disgusted me like Perkins. I was so hungry when I left my house to go to work and I figured that I would just eat after my shift but no fucking way will I ever eat there. I
