i can't believe it's already the middle of october. one student teaching placement down, one to go. as much as i was worried about how i would handle high school choir, i had a lot of fun working with russ and the mahs kids. the one theater class was my headache for the time i was there but all the other classes really made me feel like i knew ( Read more... )

donald schick elementary in loyalsock. it's where sarah thomas student taught for her second placement.

ok... who's your co-op for the next placement? I heard good things about someone up there and wanted to check to see if that's the one.

and PS... I still live in Muncy, of course :), so that means a definite dinner (or two or three ;)) this seven weeks!

i'll be working with aegina leidhecker. she's the second flute for the williamsport symphony which will be nice for me. she also won a teacher-of-the-year type award a few years ago for her work making it possible for two kids with cerebral palsy to play percussion successfully.

and yes, we will definitely have to do dinner sometime. =)
