Matt and I have found a liddle house to live in, with two bedrooms and a paved garden (hurray for the lawnmower superfluousness.) The landlady seems nice (although we all know that can be deceptive!) and the rent is 'just' affordable. We're moving on the 1st of March and are thus entering our final 3 weeks of life without responsibility

Cool! I will have to come and visit sometime. Where exactly will you guys be living?

We shall be in the delightful estate of Dagenham very near to both Becontree and Dagenham Heathway tube stations. This is of course assuming that the credit check goes through OK.

The street is called 'Ivyhouse Road' and it is comfortably far from the rather scary main shopping centre, where every other shop sells Chinese food for some reason.

We shall probably have some kind of gathering a little while after we've moved in, but will let you know nearer the time.

Er. Where the hell is Dagenham? Is it nice, or is it as scumm-ridden as it sounds?

Well, let's just say Dagenham doesn't have the greatest of reputations (think Feltham, but not quite as bad!) Yet I'm sure it'll be fine. The road really does seem very nice and just think, even Feltham has it's good points! No, wait........
