To take care about a well-being of yours is important. You may choose various methods and combine them: sport, relaxation, diets, walking, etc. I have chosen yoga, one of the most suitable tools to relax both physically and spiritually. Moreover, yoga is great for immune system. The only thing I worry about is my aptitude for it. Time will show.
