yea...he's really pressing me to consider coming in January when he opens his international office. I would be sort of an office manager/p.a.
I am definitely going down to Kingwood in the next month and checking it out...the only thing is i'm afraid of how to approach this with my parents.
you don't really know me, but i'm kinda crazay and things like this happen randomly to me, and so i seem flakey when I think about changing courses suddenly...& my parents have helped me out so much financially in the last month, and the job i've gotten in LA is through family, so i'm racking my brain trying to figure out how to make both situations jive...
Yezindeed, check it out! It sounds like a great opportunity. Plus, Mr. Talented's folks live in Kingwood -- it's a reeeeeeely nice little 'burb. And you would be approximately halfway between Austin & Lafayette, which certainly wouldn't suck.
i know. i know. what to do? what to do? (see most recent post)
heeeey, i'm gonna be a stinker and not come out to D&D Pub tanight...i am broke and feeling confused, and really just want to hunker down with my boy toy...
Thurs. is most likely ... Friday's already looking pretty busy, including possibly goin' down to San Marcos to see my Mister Man. I'll give you a holler when I get off work Thurs. :-)

that's what I tell my sons, anyway. You have to take opportunities when they show up...
Just being a little preachy - you'll know what to do!

i hate to break a contract, not to mention it's family that gave me the job, and i'm broke...
i'm gonna go see his office in july though...it's the perfect distance from ATX and Alex,LA. Both are 2.5 hours!

see if he'd be willing to pay relocation costs - moving fees, deposit on a new apt - he might...

i'm going into the Known by moving to LA, and to move to Houston would be going into the Unknown, which I'm down for, but not when broke.
