The last two weeks have been a whirl...I have had two interviews with schools in Rapides parish. I was offered a job teaching English II & III, but I was then dropped b/c a Ph.D. candidate applied and trumped me. I was devastated, but not lost ( Read more... )

it's a dual enrollment program at the high school, so he will be teaching freshmen courses as well...i WAS hired for that position, but the school board requires a Ph.D. on staff, IF one is available...ergo, i lost it.

BUT! I am so much happier moving south...i haven't been posting as much, because this place makes me utterly uninspired...by anything. period.

hell. the two stories i wrote recently were conceived and written while in Mississippi. Central Louisiana suuuuuucccks!!!
