Without spending money?! What sorcery is this?!

PS: I'm not really on LJ anymore (as I'm sure you noticed), but I am on the Facebooks, if you wanted to be my friend. :D

Firstly: Hey there, stranger! Wow, it's been far, far too long.

Secondly: I don't actually have a Facebook (I know, I know, but it just doesn't appeal to me for a host of reasons). And I thought I already was your friend, lol. I do still have AIM kicking around somewhere on my computer, though I couldn't tell you the last time I used it. Been a busy summer.

And thirdly: No sorcery, just one of those websites where you can earn points for doing surveys/watching videos/using that site's search engine/etc. Took me a long time to save up, but I was finally able to cash in for a $500 Amazon gift card, which I then used for my TV and such. Well, with that and the accumulated $5 cards I'd gotten much quicker at a different site. I'll get you links, if you're interested. If you use my particular links I even get matching points from certain tasks you do ^_^

Sounds pretty awesome!

And yeah, I know. I've been scarce. There's not much on LJ anymore, and I lost the password to my AIM ages ago. Pretty much the only IM service I use anymore is Steam. lol

And yeah, it'd be awesome if you forwarded the link to me!

Also... I've been writing. Duh-nuh-nuuuuh! Got a couple books down now, as well as several partially finished projects. Feels great!

Ooo, writing! You will have to tell me all about it.

Right, so what I'm going to do is send you a private LJ message with my e-mail address (since I'd rather not just post it here). Just let me know in the subject line it's you, since I'm pretty choosy about who I open e-mails from, fear of viruses and such. Then I can e-mail you all the info for the website(s) and some easy ways to start racking up the points and such. And, ya, know it'll just make it easier for us to communicate, since going back and forth in a post thread isn't exactly the most straightforward way. Anyhow, I'll send off the message now, hope to hear from you soon.
