1. One book that changed your life.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. It was the first Harry Potter book I had read (out of order, I know). I wasn't hooked just yet (that honor belongs to PoA), but it got me through the door to "find out what's all this Potter business". I have met some truly wonderful people as a result of Harry Potter, and for that, I'd have to say that this book indeed changed my life.
2. One book that you've read more than once.
Outside of the Harry Potter books, I haven't reread too many. I really do want to reread the entire His Dark Materials series as well as the first two books from the Hunger Games series.
3. One book you'd want on a desert island.
I would say one of the Harry Potter books, but I'd go with my His Dark Materials book since that's all three books in one volume. Cheating, I know. But at least I'd have a complete series with me.
4. One book that made you laugh.
I don't really know. I know I've read some hilarious books, but I can't remember which one. Probably whichever David Sedaris book had the "Santaland Diaries" in it.
5. One book that made you cry.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows had me choked up (and I really didn't have a good cry until I actually finished the book), but the most emotional I've ever felt after reading a book was The Amber Spyglass from Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials series. I may have cried, but it felt like I was punched in the gut and really needed a hug.
6. One book that you wish had been written.
Harry Potter.
7. One book that you wish had never been written.
New Moon onward in the Twilight series. Ugh.
8. One book you're currently reading.
Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol. Don't judge meeeeeeeeeeeee.

I've been meaning to read The Book Thief. I've also got The Last Olympian (the final book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series) on hold at the library and I CAN'T WAIT TO READ IT. OMG.
