Well after about 7 hours of travel I arrive in Norfolk. Have had an interesting/different evening at the Buddhist centre ( well it would be since I don't spend every evening being a Buddhist!) feels a bit weird still and I'm missing Andy lots, but everyone is very friendly and i think it will be a beneficial stay for me and my project :)Think Nico

I wish I could see people more often than I do!!! Are you going to be in notts maybe on the 9th or 15th/16th. We all to live in a big castle together one day!
