Tired, Talking & Healing

So, yes things have been settling in the wake of badness. Dawn seems to be healing and slowly pulling herself back up. Which is good, she’s doing it sooner then I thought it would be. Not sure what else we can do other then let Dawn taker her time and adjust, I have been pulling some extra hours to make sure the demon populace does not get too cocky while she takes a breather. At least for me beating on undead heads and horned skulls helps me work through my own pains and issues. That and drumming have always kept me sane and whole.
People are working on the Michael problem, good. I’ve kinda taken the back seat, mostly because no one has asked me to do anything more. Plus, Tara’s got it in hand. Though it worries me that they are stirring up my family histories and business but then, the family is my kryptonite.
Cat’s also taking things hard at the moment, very worried and clingy. Poor girl, but I am there for her as needed. She is not used to the death and pain, which well no one should be and its good to feel things like this. When it starts to get ‘easier’ when you stop caring about the death of an innocent or friend, its time to hang up your sword and stake because it means darkness has crept in and tainted your heart and is hollowing you out for the evil to make a cavern in your soul.
