(no subject)
last night was saves the day, it was amazing. i went with kelly, my sister, mat, and kerri.
i love saves the day, and all the people i went to the show with =)
i also saw/met up with bunch of people i knew there, it was fun.
we get there right when treos started, cause we got a bit lost on the way =X and um, treos didnt open up with Planning a Prison Break. i was like WHAAAT?! haha surprise! but they were sweet.
then the early november played, and the crowd was kind of a bitch for them, it was very pushy and me and kelly got separated from everyone else, but they played the few songs that i really like by them.
then saves the day played? AH why they didnt close i do not know, cause everything said they were closing? and they closed in boston. BUT WHO CARES cause they still kicked major ass. but at the beggining of their set i got trampled by an overweight beast of a girl, lost my shoe and nearly broke my foot so me and kelly decided we would watch from a part of the crowd that was more calm. their set was a lot different than the one at avalon, they played a lot from stay what you are, oh and they played jessie and my whetstone this time which is by far my favorite saves the day song, and it pretty much made my night. overall saves the day has to be one of my favorite bands ive ever seen live.
then senses fail came on and closed. im not as big into senses fail as i used to be, but i still do like them quite a bit i will admit. but i wasnt expecting anything amazing out of them. yeah i expected wrong. a lot of people left after saves the day so the crowd was smaller and less rediculous, but still crazy and awesome.
the show got over early so we waited around for brendan to get picked up. we got asked for money from a vietnam veteran and he was definitly for real, not trying to just get money for beer or something, but none of us has money and i felt bad. then we went to mcdonalds and home.
