An appraiser from the insurance company came out today and looked at my car. That was encouraging. And the lady who was supposed to call me back on Friday (her name is Olga. hehe. why is that funny?) called me back. Apparently, I can't take my car in to begin repairs yet because the insurance company won't recieve the police report for 10-12 days

OLGA?? hah. that is hilarious because it is almost like OLSA [[my name for you]]. heh. Sorry about that woman though. it sucks that you have to wait another week basically before your car can gert fixed. blah. it's okay.
