I can't think of any particular mispronounciations we do on purpose where I work, but then again with social workers what do you expect? :)

I wish I had a brain mace.

My wife and I deliberately use words that are not accurate all the time, though we don't do this at our current workplaces.

I had a friend who tells me that his brother used to babysit this little girl, and they'd play a game where they changed the vowels. For example, instead of saying "Cat" they might call it a "cot" or a "kit." One day, he was serving her cake and she referred to it, proudly, as "moist, delicious cock."

Yeah, that was the end of that game.
