Is there a comm or something for people new to the RotS fandom who might need some reference help? Or, is there someone around willing to give me some pointers, kind of like Britglish?

Where can I get a copy of the actual jedi code and any decent interpretive essays on it? Likewise, where can I get a copy of the actual sith code and any essays on that?

Can't point you at the essays (at least not right now), but I can give you the Jedi Code.

What is the significance of Anakin's whip? Does he really have a whip or is that some fanon thing?

I think you speak of anakins_whip, which is devoted to the love of Anakin and the strong dislike of Council, Palpy, and sometimes Obi-Wan.

I can't help with the rest, as I know mostly fanon.
