been moderately busy, therefore i've been mia. it happens. what can i say?

Can I just say this then? Why the fuck do CELEBRITIES (as in, people who get paid ridiculous amounts of money for even the slightest bit of work) have MYSPACES?! I just don't get it. It's weird. And totally creepy.

Assuming they are maintaining their own myspaces, and not someone from their publicity entrouge ... I find it incredibely creepy too.

Unless they are Amanda Palmer. But then again, she doesn't exactly count as a celebrity.

I'm very sure that they have their assistants go online and update shit for them. But when Sophia Bush and Chad Micheal Murray put up pictures on the myspace pages of EXCLUSIVE photos from their weddings - AND THEY ARE "DIVORCED" - I gotta say, totally weird. And definitely creepy. Especially since he's already engaged to someone else.

And Amanda Palmer doesn't count. ;)

my friends little sister made up lindsay lohan's myspace, so they may not be real at all. Its very realistic and people seem to believe it.

There are a lot of fakes out there for sure, I did a couple of searches just to see how many multiple accounts I'd find (thousands!). But you can always kinda tell the legit sites when they're "friends" with other celebrities through myspace, and also in the pictures section. Anything with authentic grill shots usually mean the profile is real. :p Or at least that's what my roommate said! lol
