anyways, sean - i sort of agree. you and sara have something that most people only dream of. couples will have problems. a lump of coal can't become a diamond without enduring unbearable pressure first. this can be worked out. and if you truly love her, it will be worked out.
i actually wrote a poem a long time ago that i recall now. it's called "defeatist". it goes like this:
asleep atop life's secret hills.
the place most people have stopped searching for.
the breeze can change your life up here.
love's flower's bloom just for you.
it's hard to enjoy their scent when you keep chopping them down. kiss all their gorgeous pedals instead and thank the lord for your pounding pulse."
i know i'm not a very good writer, and i never had the nerve to show that shit to anyone before now. but i thought it was appropriate, and that the message is just as relevant to your situation as it was to mine when i first wrote it.
i love you brother, and i'll be here with you to the end.
